Every three minutes someone in the UK develops dementia. Living with dementia can be very stressful, not only for the person with dementia, but also for the people caring for them and their wider family and friends.
When someone has dementia, their family and friends need access to specialist advice, support and understanding to help them help their loved one.
Dementia UK is a specialist dementia nursing charity, whose Admiral Nurses provide life-changing advice and support, to both anyone affectedby dementia and to their families and carers, whenever it is needed.
By supporting this concert Dementia UK can grow the number of dementia nurses.
